Consistency is critical to the success of your training and racing program and this includes regularly scheduled coaching sessions. To maintain the integrity of the coaching relationship, as well as to reap the most value from the coaching process, {coaching company name} has in place a reciprocal cancellation policy.

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancelling within the above noted timeframe prior to the scheduled session will result in the loss of the session (if a package has been purchased), or a charge for the session in full (if purchased independently). 

Our cancellation policy does not allow for exceptions, including sickness or reasons out of your control such as transportation issues. However, as our cancellation policy is reciprocal, should I cancel for any reason cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled session, you will receive a complimentary session, or a refund of the session cost. This ensures that the cancellation policy is 100% fair for both parties.
